The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right programs.We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused Business Development Associate to join our Edutech team. This role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right programs.Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls. Understand student requirements and provide accurate program information. Counsel students on course offerings, career outcomes, and enrollment processes. Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, demos, and enrollments. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and student experience. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
