In this role, you will be responsible for assessing prospective and assigned customer needs, developing strategic business plans, and driving net new revenue streams by positioning the full value of Iron Mountain's comprehensive solution offerings.Our Sales team is composed of strategic, goal-oriented professionals dedicated to building lasting customer relationships and delivering Iron Mountain solutions that address complex information management needs.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Drive Revenue and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business plans by understanding the customer's business model and decision channels, positioning Iron Mountain's total solution offerings to increase net new revenue streams within assigned and prospective accounts.Manage Pipeline and Customer Engagement: Continuously prospect to develop new customers and expand existing relationships, maintaining a consistent sales pipeline to exceed quota attainment, and leveraging Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC) for activity tracking and forecasting.Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Lead the sales process from identification to close, which includes managing timely detailed responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), negotiating pricing and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and partnering with customers on contract renewals.What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:Three or more years of direct sales experience in the services-based industry, or equivalent relevant experience.Must have a strong background and knowledge of strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling methodologies.Proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions, coupled with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills ("power messaging"), along with strong business acumen and the ability to team effectively at all organizational levels (including C-level personnel).What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.Number of days - paid time off/ holidaysOpportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.Call to ActionIf you are a strategic sales professional with a proven ability to close complex deals and build lasting customer partnerships, apply now to join the Mountain!
