We connect companies with vetted remote professionals in engineering, sales, and operations — with guaranteed fit and compliance.We’re expanding our EOR business and looking for an experienced Business Development professional who understands global employment solutions, remote hiring, and cross-border compliance.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and partnership building, primarily focused on promoting Second Talent’s Employer of Record (EOR) and remote hiring solutions.You’ll identify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong relationships with HR leaders, founders, and global companies looking to expand in Asia and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end sales for Second Talent’s EOR and remote hiring services.Identify and engage potential clients (startups, SMEs, global companies) expanding into Asia or hiring remotely.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client hiring and compliance needs.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, talent) to deliver customized solutions.Develop and execute business growth strategies, including partnerships and channel collaborations.Stay updated with global employment laws, remote hiring trends, and competitor landscape.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Requirements2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Manager, ideally in EOR, global payroll, or HR tech.Strong understanding of Employer of Record model and global hiring compliance.Proven track record of closing B2B deals and managing enterprise or startup clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.Experience working across US or Europe market is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based commission.Flexible remote working environment.Opportunity to work with an international team across Asia and the US.Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling HR & talent tech company.
