We specialize in storytelling through design, leveraging interactive technologies and high-impact installations at major events and exhibitions across the region.Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities for our services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, making initial contact, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role is crucial in maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Lead Generation & OutreachResearch and identify potential clients within target markets and industriesCreate and maintain a database of prospects using CRM systemsConduct outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate interestSchedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospectsFollow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionallyDevelop and execute personalized email campaigns to nurture prospectsMake outbound calls to qualify leads and assess client needsEvents & NetworkingAttend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking sessions to represent the companyProactively network with attendees to identify potential business opportunitiesBuild and expand a database of contacts acquired through event networkingCollect business cards, contact information, and relevant details from prospects met at eventsConduct timely follow-up calls and emails with event contacts to convert connections into qualified leadsCoordinate post-event outreach strategies to maximize conversion ratesIndustry Knowledge & CollaborationDevelop an understanding of the events industry and our service offeringsStay informed about competitor offerings and market trendsCollaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and align messagingNetwork with industry peer groups and other internal affiliates to share best practices and relevant insights.Requirements2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the events or hospitality industryStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent phone manners and confidence in making cold callsExperience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Ability to understand client needs and match them with appropriate servicesSelf-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsOrganized approach to managing multiple leads at different stagesBasic understanding of the events industry (preferred but not required)Proficiency in MS Office suiteFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
