We are seeking a Business Development Executive who will expand our client network, present our talent solutions to new organizations, and support growth across our global operations. The ideal candidate understands how to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain steady progress on business development goals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities in the staffing and recruiting market.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring leads, and decision-makers.Conduct introductory calls and capability presentations with prospective clients.Understand client workforce needs and recommend suitable staffing solutions.Coordinate with internal recruiters to match client requirements.Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up.Represent GDCG with professionalism in all communications.Support outreach efforts across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.Contribute to brand presence and market awareness in coordination with leadership.Qualifications1–4 years of experience in business development, staffing, recruiting, or HR consulting.Fluency in English is required (written and spoken).Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.Confident presence in client conversations and presentations.Organized and reliable approach to responsibilities and follow-through.Ability to work effectively in a startup environment.Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and digital outreach tools.Work Schedule and EnvironmentFully remote position based in Cairo, Egypt.Working hours: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Egyptian Standard Time).Collaborative and supportive team environment with international exposure.Competitive base compensation with commission opportunities tied to performance.Clear opportunities for professional and financial growth.
