Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in B2B sales for our IT consulting company. The ideal candidate will have experience generating business from the U.S. market, with additional experience in other markets being a strong advantage. This role involves driving sales for IT consulting, web and mobile app development, and design projects, while meeting or exceeding quotas.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage with potential clients in the US market and beyond, building strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and create tailored strategies to penetrate the target market.Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, contributing to company revenue goals.Collaborate with the technical and design teams to create compelling proposals and project plans tailored to client needs.Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and status updates to leadership.Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and project delivery exceeds expectations.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:1-2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting, web app development, mobile app development, and design projects.Demonstrated success in generating business from the US market (experience in additional markets is a plus).Experience working with quotas or target-driven environments.Skills:Strong knowledge of IT consulting, application development (web and mobile), and project design lifecycle.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.Experience with contract negotiation for high-value projects.Existing network within the IT consulting and app development industry.
