Business Development Head

Business Development Head will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing long-term business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the company’s business development strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.Lead a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and performance metrics.Drive revenue growth through the identification of new markets, customer segments, and revenue streams.Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitive landscape, and untapped opportunities.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures that align with the company’s strategic goals.Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target markets, potential clients, and industry partners.Lead the development and negotiation of high-value contracts, partnerships, and collaborations.Oversee the sales process for major deals, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with the company’s pricing, terms, and conditions.Develop regular reports to track business development activities, pipeline status, and financial performance.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies.Strong background in building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders.Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced and competitive environment.Strong negotiation and sales skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis tools.Working Location: Karawaci, Tangerang
