Job Title:* Business Development Manager - Interior ProjectsLocation:* Dubai, UAEExperience:* 10-15 yearsSalary:* 8,000 - 12,000 AED (plus commission/incentives)Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager for Interior Projects will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's interior design and fit-out services in Dubai. Key responsibilities include: *Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, architects, consultants, and individual clients. *Sales & Proposal Management:* Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present tailored solutions. Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets. *Market Analysis:* Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in the UAE interior design market. *Relationship Management:* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and secure referrals. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions. *Collaboration & Reporting:* Work closely with design and project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are successfully executed. Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.Requirements 10-15 years of proven business development experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in Dubai/UAE. Demonstrated ability to identify leads, build client relationships, and successfully close projects. Strong understanding of interior design processes, technical specifications, and project management principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A robust network within the Dubai real estate and design community.
