The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing a portfolio of luxury properties, negotiating sales or lease agreements, developing new client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also contribute to the advancement of ZSR’s reputation for excellence in the luxury real estate sector.CompensationCompetitive salary + commission structure, reflecting experience and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clientsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored property solutionsManage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investorsConduct property viewings and client meetingsNegotiate sales and rental agreementsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsStay updated on market trends, new launches, and regulationsMaintain accurate records using CRM systemsQualificationsClient relationship management, customer service, and communication skillsSales, negotiation, and business development experienceKnowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and regulatory requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferredProven experience in luxury real estate or a similar industry is advantageous
