Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with spending guidelines and monitoring performance. You will work closely with other departments, especially Trade Marketing, to establish commercial priorities such as pricing, promotional campaigns and display implementations.As a vital link between the company and the accounts and distributors, if you have strong judgement and analytical skills, we encourage you to apply and join our Sales Team!Main Responsibilities:Define and execute the strategic roadmap for OOH with key partnersAnalyze OOH sub-channel potential and identify opportunitiesAnalyze OOH store universe and ensure KAMs and Field effective usageDevelop and purpose the Sales and Wholesalers incentive schemeManage budget effectively to align with business objectivesPropose sales volume budget and forecast commercial and assigned structure costsDefine client plan guidelines, set growth targets for clients and monitor progress, identifying key gaps and causesDevelop and implement solutions for specific performance issues, including new initiatives, events, discounts, and adjustments to stock and service levelsEvaluate and recommend organizational or structural changes to enhance channel coverage and performanceContribute to business development strategies and provide input for annual business development plans in the relevant areaCollaborate closely with the distributor sales team to understand business requirements and market needsEnsure effective negotiation management in critical situations, such as contract signings and conflict resolutionIdentify new OOH trends & opportunities with the support of Consumer/Shopper Insights for growth and adapting the strategy(ies) accordinglyWho we are looking for:Bachelor’s degreePreferably +6 years of experience in a similar roleProven experience in key account management and distributor relationsStrong sales skills, including understanding, planning, analysis, selling, negotiation, and managementAdvanced communication and conflict resolution abilitiesProficiency in both written and spoken Turkish and English How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
