Business Development Manager - Partnerships

Job Location: Will be in Dubai after probation#Key_Responsibilities:🔹 Conduct in-depth market research and analysis in the APAC/LATAM region.🔹 Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local banks, PSPs, agents, and key stakeholders.🔹 Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison to ensure alignment with regional business practices.🔹 Assist in onboarding and due diligence of partners.🔹 Collaborate with compliance, operations, and legal teams for market entry and expansion.🔹 Attend industry events and conferences to represent our company.🔹 Monitor regulatory developments and market trends, sharing insights with internal teams.#Qualifications:🔹 Proficient in English (both written and verbal).🔹 Strong experience in HIGH RISK Merchants and Fintech Industry.🔹 Currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.🔹 Proven experience in business development, market entry, or strategic partnerships in fintech or financial services.🔹 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.🔹 Excellent communication and analytical skills.
