Our Sales team ensures our machines are presented in an appropriate and consistent way that is recognisably Dyson, to clearly explain our technology and create the right customer experience.About The RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will:Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or market portfolios.Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and distributors.Develop and implement strategic annual sales plans to drive growth and achieve targets.Conduct market assessments to prioritize resource allocation and maximize growth potential.Negotiate agreements and manage terms to ensure profitable outcomes for Dyson and partners.Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to guide investment and execution decisions.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvements and meet targets.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to customers to showcase Dysons technology and solutions.Drive the development and execution of joint business development plans with partners.Foster networking and knowledge-sharing across teams to contribute to collective success.About YouTo succeed in the role, we expect you to have:Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in Tech environment.Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with experience in senior-level account negotiations.Ability to assess market potential and prioritize opportunities for growth.Analytical mindset with the capability to extract insights from data to drive business decisions.Strategic planning capability with the ability to deal with complexity across multiple markets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Financial acumen and accountability for managing market-specific P&Ls.Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for transformation and innovation.High level of integrity and professionalism in business dealings.Fluency in English (Arabic language may be advantageous).Dyson is an equal opportunity employer.
