The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in expanding business opportunities within the creative and digital media industry.This is a leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution — ideal for someone who can drive revenue growth, guide sales teams, and identify new market opportunities for the company’s creative and digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targetsIdentify, approach, and convert potential clients through proactive lead generation and networkingMaintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfactionOversee proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing of high-value dealsCollaborate closely with marketing, design, and performance teams to deliver integrated client solutionsProvide mentorship, direction, and performance feedback to business development and sales executivesAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to guide strategic decisionsPresent business performance updates and growth reports to senior managementRepresent Artwing Studios at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunitiesRequirementsMinimum 6–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a creative, media, or digital marketing agencyProven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and client acquisition targetsStrong understanding of agency operations, branding, digital marketing, and client servicing dynamicsExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunitiesExperience in managing or mentoring a small sales or business development teamProficiency in CRM systems, proposal tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related fieldInterested candidates are encouraged to apply by sending their updated resume to [hr@artwingstudios.com] with the subject line: “ Application for Business Development Manager “
