The Initiatives Associate will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of strategic projects and initiatives within the organization. Key tasks will include analyzing processes, strategy, approach, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress against goals, and developing plans to achieve outcomes and report insights.
