Job Description

The Product Strategy Analyst plays a dual role: driving product strategy and transformation while maintaining a strong foundation in data analysis and insights. This role connects analytics, product architecture, AI enablement, system integrations, and user experience design — ensuring product decisions are both data-driven and strategically aligned with business goals and user needs.Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & ArchitectureTranslate data insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.Contribute to the design of scalable product architecture aligned with user and business needs.Support feature prioritization by evaluating business value, user impact, and long-term product goals.Act as a bridge between analytics, UX, and product management to ensure holistic product evolution.2. AI Enablement & Product TransformationIdentify opportunities to embed AI/ML across product workflows, personalization, and decision-making.Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and test AI-enabled product features.Guide digital transformation initiatives, using analytics and user insights to validate new concepts and ensure market relevance.3. Integrations & System DesignSupport design, analysis, and execution of product integrations with third-party platforms and systems (e.g., APIs, payments, CRMs).Map and document integration workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.Evaluate integration performance and recommend improvements to enhance product value and customer experience.4. User Journey & Experience OptimizationDesign and analyze user journeys, identifying friction points and optimizing end-to-end experiences.Partner with UX/UI teams to translate insights into intuitive, data-informed product flows.Continuously monitor user satisfaction and engagement, feeding insights into design and strategy discussions.5. Data Analysis and ExplorationUtilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to explore large datasets, uncovering patterns, trends, and business drivers.Provide actionable insights that inform both strategic decisions and day-to-day product improvements.Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover user behaviors, risks, and opportunities.6. Dashboards, Reporting & CommunicationDevelop dynamic dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to communicate insights effectively.Deliver clear and compelling presentations to stakeholders, making complex data accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences.Customize reports to meet the needs of leadership, product, design, and business teams.7. Data Quality, Integrity & PreparationClean, transform, and prepare raw datasets for advanced analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Address missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies to maintain high standards of data quality.Uphold internal standards and best practices for data governance and compliance.8. Recommendations & Strategic Decision SupportProvide clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership, product managers, and design teams.Collaborate across business units to propose optimizations that improve performance, engagement, and outcomes.Define and track KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration.9.
