If you are looking for cutting-edge work, where you will have opportunities to develop your career among peers who are experts in their field, and you believe in the future of digital currency, then look no further than Bitget!What you'll doDrive Trading Volume & FTT GrowthIdentify, recruit, and manage KOLs, affiliates, trading groups, and communities across SEA that can deliver measurable trading activity (FTTs, 100FTTs, trading volume) rather than only content creation.Performance-Oriented PartnershipsBuild and negotiate partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, and institutional partners based on volume-driven KPIs, ensuring accountability and sustainable ROI.Campaign Execution & MonitoringExecute trading-focused campaigns (e.g., signals, copy trading, trading contests, affiliate pushes, trading education sessions) designed to maximize active user trading and volume growth.Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor and analyze performance metrics (FTT, trading volume, ROI per partner) and continuously optimize strategies to ensure consistent achievement of business targets.Market IntelligenceStay informed about industry developments, competitor strategies, and user trading behaviors across SEA to design effective, compliance-aligned, volume-driven initiatives.Retention & Community BuildingWork with KOLs, affiliates, and trading leaders to establish sustainable trading communities (VIP groups, copy trading channels, institutional partnerships) that drive long-term engagement and recurring volume.What you'll needProven track record in business development, affiliate/KOL management, or institutional partnerships in the Crypto/Fintech/Trading industry.Existing network of trading KOLs, communities, affiliates, and institutional contacts across SEA is highly desirable.Familiarity with both crypto and traditional finance markets, with the ability to bridge relationships between institutional players and retail trading communities.Strong understanding of crypto trading funnels (sign-up → KYC → FTT → 100FTT → retention) and what drives real trading volume.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Analytical and data-driven mindset; able to measure, report, and optimize partner performance against volume targets.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Passion for crypto trading and financial markets, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with both retail and institutional stakeholders.Ability to perform under pressure with clear performance-based targets tied directly to trading metrics.Why Bitget?Bitget is the world's leading web 3 platform for copy trading and one of the world's largest and most respected exchangesWe are a global company with staff members from over 50 different countries and regionsWe are growing and looking for world-class ambitious talents to help us continue this journeyWe have a streamlined structure that empowers employees to work efficiently, delivering the best results in a short timeframeWe offer competitive salaries and benefitsBlockchain technology and digital assets have the potential to change finance in a way no other technology can - be part of it!If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!By submitting a job application, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Candidate Privacy Notice.
