Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. The successful candidate will serve as a key contributor to the company's strategic expansion efforts. Qualifications Sales and client relationship management skills, including experience in building and maintaining key accountsMarket research, business strategy, and revenue generation skillsStrong skills in negotiation, networking, and problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using CRM software and data analysis toolsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesKnowledge of food import/distribution, particularly in CPG, is a strong assetBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant experience preferred
