Role Description This is a full-time on-site Superintendent role located in Ottawa, ON. The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational needs of residential and/or commercial properties. Responsibilities include performing inspections, responding to tenant requests, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining property appearance and functionality. The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on maintenance capabilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience in property maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.Strong organizational and inspection skills for managing daily building operations.Ability to coordinate with contractors and oversee vendor relationships.Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants and addressing concerns promptly.Knowledge of safety standards and relevant regulations in property management.Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.Previous experience in property management or as a Superintendent is an asset.Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call duties, as needed.
