Role Description As a full-time Business Development Manager based on-site in Saltillo Coahuila,, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to support company growth. Your primary tasks will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market analysis to identify trends and prospective clients, and negotiating contracts and partnerships. You will also work closely with your sales team and various deparments within the company to ensure alignment between customer needs and company offerings, while managing sales pipelines and creating strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales StrategiesStrong skills in Market Analysis, Prospecting, and NegotiatingExcellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation SkillsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage sales pipelinesProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAnalytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skillsIndustry experience in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work on-site in Saltillo Coah. and willingness to travel if required
