Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth for a Commercial Fit-Out client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors, and a proven track record of securing high-value projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, F&B, and commercial sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and brand managers.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.Revenue Generation & Strategic GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with estimating and project teams to ensure proposals are competitive and aligned with client expectations.Marketing & Brand PositioningRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.Reporting & ForecastingMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.Provide regular reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and business development activities.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the fit-out, or interior contracting industry in the UAE/EuropeStrong understanding of the retail fit-out lifecycle and client expectations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
