Business Development Manager (CCTV/Security Solutions)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the CCTV and security solutions sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets within the CCTV and security solutions market.Identify, engage, and foster relationships with distributors and channel partners to expand our distribution network.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our product offerings.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue and profitability goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales within the technology sector, with a focus on security products such as Video Management Systems (VMS), IP cameras, NVRs, CCTV, and wireless products.Proven success in a B2B sales environment, particularly with distributors and channel partners.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.Strong analytical abilities to make strategic and data-driven decisions.Proactive and strategic thinker with a "hunter" mindset focused on generating new business opportunities.If interested, please submit your application to cvs@jdawms.com with your expected salary and resume.We regret that only short-listed candidates will be contacted shortly.
