Business Development Manager – Specialty Food IngredientsLocation: Cambria, WI. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and executing growth initiatives that align with our strategic vision, expanding our market share and unlocking new opportunities across our diverse portfolio.What You’ll DoLead the charge in identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets, segments, and categories.Cultivate and elevate relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners.Collaborate with R&D, marketing, quality, engineering, and operations to bring new platforms, products, and partnerships to life.Represent Didion at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings—becoming a trusted face of our brand.Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and drive innovation.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company goals and deliver mutual value.What You BringA strategic mindset with a proven ability to align growth opportunities with company capabilities.Deep industry knowledge of food ingredients, applications, and customer innovation cycles.Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish) across written and verbal interactions.A track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships.A collaborative spirit and ability to work seamlessly across technical and commercial teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Food Science, or related field (MBA a plus).5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the food ingredient or food manufacturing industry.Why Join Us?At Didion, we don’t just make ingredients—we create possibilities.
