In Indonesia, it is playing a pivotal role in the country’s digital transformation through partnerships with governments, telcos, enterprises, education institutions, and other industry segments.Job RoleThe Business Development Manager – Digital Power drives the company's rowth strategy for data center infrastructure in Indonesia by identifying and capturing new market opportunities, promoting the company's comprehensive digital power solutions, and cultivating strategic relationships with key customers and partners.This role combines business development, account management, and technical solution promotion, with a focus on securing sales and growing revenue within diverse industries, including data center companies, EPC contractors, and sectors such as battery, oil, and mining. The manager acts as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, designing and executing tailored sales strategies that address evolving market demands. Success in this role requires deep market insight, the ability to engage senior-level decision makers, and strong technical understanding of the portfolio, which spans smart power supply, smart cooling, smart DC management, and modular data center solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Business DevelopmentOpen new markets and segments by proactively promoting the company's Digital Power data center portfolio, driving growth in both market share and country revenue.Perform detailed market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for expansion in the digital power and data center sectors.Account ManagementDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, including CEOs, CTOs, and other senior executives, particularly across data center operators, EPC firms, battery, oil, mining, and related industries.Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor, aligning the solutions with the customer’s long-term business goals.Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement effective sales strategies across both vertical (industry-specific) and horizontal (cross-sector) markets, aligned with the broader business plans.Take ownership of achieving assigned sales targets and ensuring business objectives are met.Project OperationLead the end-to-end project operation process, from early-stage customer engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design to proposal preparation, bidding, and contract negotiation.Independently deliver customer insights, develop tailored solutions, and manage quotations and technical clarifications.Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and post-sales support, managing risks to protect business interests.Solution SellingPresent and sell the company's data center infrastructure solutions, including:Smart Power Supply: high-density modular UPS systems (e.g., UPS5000‑H/FusionPower series), SmartLi lithium-ion batteries, PowerPOD prefabricated power cabins.Smart Cooling: energy-efficient cooling systems for racks and large data halls.Smart DC Management: intelligent DCIM tools like iManager NetEco and AI-powered optimization (iCooling@AI).Modular & Prefabricated Data Centers: indoor smart modular DCs, outdoor/in-container FusionDC and FusionModule solutions.Independently gather customer insights, develop tailored solutions, lead bidding processes, prepare quotations, and deliver compelling presentations to secure deals.Candidate RequirementsEducation: At least Bachelor Degree in preferably in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development roles within the cloud or ICT industry.Industry Expertise: Professional understanding of enterprise business processes and ICT technologies.Product and Customer Expertise:Experienced in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects, or with backgrounds in battery, oil, mining sectors.Having established networks in the data center industry.Experience engaging and influencing C-level and high-level customers, with strong relationship-building capabilities.Technical Expertise:Strong capability in market analysis and strategy formulation, with a record of identifying growth opportunities and driving successful market entry or expansion.Demonstrated ability to oversee end-to-end sales projects, coordinating internal and external resources, managing risks, and ensuring projects are executed on time and meet quality expectations.Language: English (professional fluency in spoken and written).Professional Qualities:Strong learning agility, initiative, and accountability to deliver results under tight deadlines.Fast learner, adaptable to new environments, team player, open-minded, and highly target-oriented.Job Code: #351
