Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager-Engineering based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategies to grow the firm's engineering practice. Responsibilities include market research, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The manager will also monitor industry trends and represent the company at relevant events and forums. Qualifications Proven ability in Business Development, including market research, client outreach, and managing client relationshipsStrong knowledge of Engineering and Construction Management principles and practicesExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbalStrategic planning and project management experience in a related fieldProficiency in using business and marketing software tools for data analysis and reportingLeadership skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams effectivelyBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is highly advantageousFlexibility to travel when required for client meetings and business pitches
