Job Description

Responsible for formation and execution of Mashreq NEO BIZ digital acquisition strategy across channels: SEM/SEO, social media, display and affiliates, resulting in achievement of annual sales/acquisition targets at profitable cost per acquisition.Develop appropriate product offers and incentives (fee waivers , joining bonus, etc.) to attract, engage and retain customers in a profitable mannerTo work with stakeholders/enablers to define and execute programs to increase revenue, improve customer experience and reduce cost for the businessConceptualize and launch New Revenue opportunitiesDigital SalesDevelop and execute strategies to meet NEO BIZ Acquisition KPIs (new customers, product mix, quality and cost) for the yearOwn monthly and annual sales targets for the business and consistently deliver on the sales targets by efficient utilization of various digital marketing channelsDevelop and implement the digital sales strategy & digital Marketing Plan (online advertising, website, SEM/SEO, e-mail, SMS, social media seeding, Affiliates, influencers, Commerce chambers, industrial zones etc.) providing technical expertise wherever necessary to cross-functional teams and external agencies in order to drive profitable salesIdentify newer digital channels and market trends and profitable use them for meeting the NEO BIZ business targetsSource and build strong pipeline of strategic partnerships and Value-added servicesProduct managementDevelop appropriate product offers and incentives to attract, engage and retain customers in a profitable manner Ensure agility in tweaking product offers basis AB testing, pilots and market needsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the bank’s customers, reputation & assets Liaise with stakeholders and ensure timely buy-in at relevant stages for implementation of new ideas and conceptsCarry out competitor intelligence on regular basis and find opportunities of enhancement in existing propositionWork closely with the process and system development team to ensure the systems and processes are geared to cater to the ongoing business requirements, product parameters and evolving customer needs.New product launchesConceptualize and launch New Revenue opportunities - Understand target customer segments, identify their needs and drive product development, and appropriate adoption strategiesClose collaboration and engagement with finance, credit risk, technology, compliance and operations stakeholders to deliver superior customer experience Budget managementExecute media and marketing spends to ensure effective utilization of budgets to meet and exceed efficiency goalsGood knowledge of financial aspects of digital marketing campaign management including budgeting, revenue generation, direct and indirect expenses in the digital domainKeep abreast of current and upcoming developments in the digital world, which Mashreq can exploit to gain first-mover advantageCreate and manage marketing budgets, including monthly forecast and budget reconciliationAnalyticsDevelop frameworks to monitor the downstream metrics of customers and devise programs to increase the quality of the portfolioLeverage analytical tools to understand customer journeys & develop initiatives to increase funnel efficiency Establish and monitor industry level benchmarks to act as inputs towards product development and adoption strategies Strong understanding of mar-tech/ad-tech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to drive a data driven organizationProven track record in conceptualizing, developing and executing digital marketing campaignsStrong expertise in banking products marketing with proven track record of building a brandDeep understanding of business dynamics, profitability and growth driversLeadership skills to influence and orchestrate diversely-skilled teams to achieve business outcomesAbility to work well in a team and build strong relationships within & outside organizationEntrepreneurial with strong drive to succeed, with commitment & result orientationCreative thinker, strong ideation, relentless executor with attention to detailAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholders across RBGProven ability to leverage external agencies & alliance partners to deliver campaignsPost-graduate qualifications in business administration is preferredStrong working knowledge in MS office, web content and analytics
