This individual will forge strong professional relationships, develop strategic business solutions, and contribute to the expansion of the company's market presence. Key responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, overseeing account-related activities, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, requiring a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.QualificationsProven experience in New Business Development and Lead GenerationStrong expertise in Business strategy and developmentExceptional Communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAccount Management experience with a focus on client relationship buildingAbility to drive results, think strategically, and manage multiple responsibilitiesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM tools and business analytics is an advantageBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Requirements: -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.-Understand clients’ HR needs and propose tailored recruitment and HR solutions.-Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.-Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives.-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.-Track and report business development activities, pipeline, and revenue growth.
