As a Property Consultant at Capital Real Estate for Investment, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property transaction process. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and actively seek new business opportunities to expand the client base.QualificationsExperience in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of property markets and investment opportunities.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging and building trust with clients.Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.Proficiency in managing client relationships and solving problems efficiently.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
