Apply now!Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Leasing Senior SupervisorResponsibilities:• Execute leasing activities in line with the approved leasing strategy, budget, and target occupancy rates for both retail and office spaces.• Contribute to the development and optimization of the tenant mix strategy to ensure alignment with the asset positioning, footfall goals, and market demand.• Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of prospective tenants, including pipeline leads.• Actively identify and approach potential tenants, conduct leasing presentations, showcase available spaces, and effectively communicate commercial and operational terms.• Lead negotiations on lease terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and securing mutually beneficial agreements.• Coordinate between the tenant and RDD team for the phase of fit-out requirements (technical design and MEP) for alignment and timely handover.• Prepare and review lease proposals, LOIs, and final agreements in coordination with the legal team, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.• Oversee the end-to-end leasing cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including documentation, approvals, and coordination with internal stakeholders.• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and market trend analysis to support decision-making.• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, brokers, and market stakeholders to promote the property and attract quality tenants.Requirements:Specialty leasingShopping center leasingContract managementNumerical and financial awareness3–5 years of professional experience1 year of management/supervisory experienceBachelor’s degreelocation in Sheikh-Zayed
