The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and performance across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable insights or requirements.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.Support process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Work closely with operations, quality, and client teams to deliver accurate and timely analyses.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase productivity across teams.Present findings and recommendations to management using data visualization and storytelling techniques.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a BPO or shared services environment (mandatory).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary package 💰Dynamic and collaborative work environment 🌍Opportunities for professional growth and skill development 📈Exposure to global business processes and clients 🌐📩 Interested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or send their CVs
