The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day production processes, plan and optimize manufacturing workflows, maintain quality control standards, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include conducting production analysis, solving problems, and communicating effectively with internal teams to meet production goals and maintain compliance with industry standards.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. MBA or BI Certification (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) preferred. 3–5 years’ experience as a BI or Data Analyst in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail environment. Hands-on experience with ERP data (Oracle or SAP). - Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau. - Knowledge Python/R for data modeling. - Knowledge of Datalake/warehouse Architecture - Understanding of KPIs in FMCG (sales performance, market share, distribution, production yield). - experience with data platforms/tools ( Apache Kafka, NIFI, Airflow,  Spark, databricks, snowflake, GCP, Asure  ) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical teams.
