Job Specification: Business AnalystCompany: Acensys Location: [Remote/Office Location still in the works] based in EgyptDepartment: Consulting Services Reports to: Head of Digital Transformation Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryThe Business Analyst will support Adobe Workfront/Service Now configuration projects for clients primarily in marketing operations, as well as other functional areas such as HR Service Delivery and Project Management Office (PMO). This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring solutions align with client needs. Additionally, the BA may serve as Product Owner for internal product development initiatives, prioritizing features and managing the product backlog. The ideal candidate would also have Project Management and/or Scrum Master skills since we are a small company with both large/small projects and sometimes a dual role is needed.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for Adobe Workfront/Service Now implementations, focusing on marketing operations workflows.Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend optimizations for Workfront configurations across various client domains (e.g., marketing, HR, PMO).Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder meetings to define project scope and deliverables.Develop user stories, functional specifications, and test cases to support system configurations and customizations.Act as Product Owner for internal product development: Define product vision, prioritize backlog, and liaise between development teams and stakeholders.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide status updates to internal teams and clients.Stay updated on Adobe Workfront features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Act as the project manager / scrum master for smaller projects (or larger projects depending on experience in Project/Scrum Management)Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.English fluency is a must.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tools.Strong knowledge of marketing operations, with exposure to HR Service Delivery or PMO processes.Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML), and agile methodologies.Familiarity with product ownership in software development, including tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a client-facing environment.Preferred QualificationsAdobe Workfront / Service Now SPM certification or equivalent.Experience in consulting or SaaS implementation.Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., APIs, ETL) for Workfront ecosystems.
