The Conference Coordinator will handle the day-to-day tasks related to conference coordination, such as organizing conferences, liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing event logistics, and ensuring seamless conference execution. The role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear, effective communication with all event participants.QualificationsExperience in Conference Coordination and Conference OrganizationStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsProficiency in Event PlanningExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesCapability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlinesPrior experience in the exhibition or events industry is a plusFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageBachelor's degree in Event Management
