Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member at AlAhmady Motors, located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles, understanding their needs, and providing product information. Daily tasks include maintaining a thorough knowledge of vehicle inventory, executing customer transactions, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves following up with potential leads and contributing to a positive showroom environment. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to meet sales targets and demonstrate effective negotiation skillsKnowledge of the automotive industry, including familiarity with vehicle specifications and trendsOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactionsPrevious experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plusProficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantageFlexibility to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced sales environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
