The role involves leading stability-related R&D activities, managing and supervising teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Section Head will analyze data, oversee the design of stability protocols, and drive innovation in alignment with organizational goals.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to manage and interpret complex data effectively.Team management and team leadership capabilities to inspire and guide employees.Experience in Research and Development (R&D) within the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and monitor tasks efficiently.Comprehensive understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines.Bachelor's Pharmacy , Chemistry, or a related field.Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
