Job Title: HR Generalist Company: Halfa SolutionsLocation: Egypt (with focus on GCC & Saudi markets) Reports to: HR ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join Halfa Solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, with a background in recruitment companies, and deep familiarity with HR systems and processes. The HR Generalist will handle end-to-end recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, and HR operations to support both local and regional teams.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.Leverage ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems) for effective candidate management.Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.Develop and manage talent pipelines for future staffing needs.HR Operations & PersonnelMaintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with local and GCC labor laws.Handle onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.Payroll & HR SystemsAdminister payroll processes accurately and on time.Work with Zein HR, Jisr, and other HRIS systems for payroll and personnel management.Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.Employee RelationsAddress employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.Assist in resolving employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.Ensure compliance with Saudi and GCC labor regulations.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment in Saudi Arabia and GCC (experience in a recruitment company is highly preferred).Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and HR systems (Zein HR, Jisr).Hands-on experience in payroll processing and personnel administration.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Saudi & GCC labor law is a plus.
