If you're passionate about identifying high-potential candidates, building a strong employer brand, and delivering a top-notch candidate experience, we want to hear from you!RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.Craft and post compelling job ads that reflect our culture and attract top talent.Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong match with our team and culture.Build a strong pipeline through proactive talent hunting and networking.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on ideal candidate profiles.Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.Track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies accordingly.Represent Morshed Worx at job fairs, online platforms, and social events to build brand visibility.IDEAL CANDIDATE:3 -5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or creative agency is a plus.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to evaluate candidates beyond the resume – with an eye for potential and cultural fit.Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools.A team player with a collaborative spirit and a problem-solving mindset.Fluent in English (spoken and written).In short, we’re looking for a proactive talent scout who loves connecting great people with the right opportunities!WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary.Full time, from 9 am to 6 pm.
