Role Description This is a full-time Technical Support Agent role based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical problems, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also create knowledge resources to enhance client support and engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product changes. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client inquiries professionally and empathetically.Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience for diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively.Analytical Skills to assess, interpret, and solve complex technical challenges efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver results under pressure.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.Experience in records or data management is an asset but not mandatory.
