The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all project phases — from design concept to execution — while leading both the design and technical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the design and technical teams throughout all project stages.Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among clients, consultants, and contractors.Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor project performance.Oversee quality control, documentation, and compliance with design standards.Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the architecture or interior design industry.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Excellent knowledge of design workflows, construction processes, and project documentation.PMP certification preferred.Proficient in project management tools and design software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).What We Offer:A dynamic, creative, and professional work environment.Opportunities for career development and growth.Attractive compensation package based on experience.
