Project Manager

Alashry Construction – Benayat Real Estate is looking for a Project Manager to lead construction project in El Shorouk City – Maadi View Project.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the project’s execution in alignment with the project standards, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle.Coordinate between design, construction, and client teams to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budget parameters.Review and follow up project documentation, reports, and variation orders.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.Proven experience in residential projects.Strong understanding of documentation cycles, cost allocation, and variation management.Highly skilled in project resource management and familiar with the time–cost relationship.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.Qualified candidates are invited to "Easy Apply Via LinkedIn" or to submit their resumes to amira.hassanien@benayat-eg.com , mentioning “Project Manager – Maadi View Project” in the subject line.
