Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Fit-Out and Contracting Division in the UAE market.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in interior design, fit-out, or construction, with the ability to develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable growth. This role demands a proactive leader who can represent the company with professionalism, manage high-level relationships, and drive results in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence across the UAE.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design, fit-out, and contracting sectors.Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, real estate developers, and contractors.Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and emerging business segments.Lead the preparation and delivery of client presentations, proposals, and commercial bids in collaboration with internal design and project teams.Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.Oversee the entire client engagement process — from initial contact to project closure and contract signing.Provide strategic insights, sales reports, and forecasts to management for informed decision-making.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the fit-out, construction, or real estate industries.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Strong strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities with key industry stakeholders.Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of leading independently.Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to personal transportation.
