Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Moscow. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential investment opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing strategic initiatives. Key tasks include research and analysis of market trends, preparing presentations and proposals, conducting business negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to support portfolio company growth. You will play a critical role in driving the firm's growth and contributing to its mission. Qualifications Strong business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skillsProficiency in financial analysis, market research, and strategic planningExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with private equity and venture capital industries, particularly in high-tech sectorsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plusProficiency in English and Russian is requiredPrevious experience in investment banking, consulting, or a private equity firm is highly advantageous
