Product Manager IFBs, Castables and Microporous – Thermal Ceramics (EMEA)Location: RemoteHelp shape the future of high-performance insulation.Thermal Ceramics (part of Morgan Advanced Materials) makes the kind of insulation that keeps industrial furnaces running safely and efficiently. It’s technical, it’s niche, and it’s essential to a lot of industries trying to reduce energy use and emissions.This role sits at the heart of our EMEA product strategy. You’ll help us grow in the right markets, support the sales team with the right tools, and make sure our products stay relevant, competitive, and profitable — especially in Microporous insulation and insulating firebricks, which are key to this portfolio.The RoleYou’ll be the go-to person for a chunk of our product portfolio. That means understanding the market, shaping the strategy, and making sure we’re delivering what customers actually need — not just what we’ve always sold.
