About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Developer Ecosystem Lead to drive Xiaomi’s overseas developer ecosystem strategy and international business expansion for GetApps. In this role, you will manage high-impact partnerships with top global developers, accelerate platform growth, and unlock new monetization opportunities across Xiaomi’s international Internet services.This position offers the opportunity to shape Xiaomi’s global developer influence and operate at the forefront of strategic ecosystem development in key markets including Russia and Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute long-term partnership strategies, focusing on onboarding and sustaining high-quality global developers.Lead collaborations in high-priority verticals (Gaming, E-commerce, Finance, Entertainment, Social, etc.), crafting category-specific business solutions to drive growth.Coordinate with product, marketing, operations, legal, and engineering teams to align developer demand with Xiaomi’s platform capabilities.Establish and maintain strategic, Director-level relationships with top-tier partners while leading business negotiations and partnership renewal discussions.Leverage data insights across the developer lifecycle to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.Champion Xiaomi’s ecosystem advantages — including devices, OS, app store, and advertising platforms — to co-create scalable go-to-market solutions that grow developer success.QualificationsBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above.Minimum 5 years experience in developer ecosystem, strategic partnerships, internet business development, or developer operations.Strong background in mobile ecosystems (OEMs, app stores, ad networks, multinational online platforms) is highly preferred.Knowledge of app monetization, growth mechanisms, incentive frameworks, and regulatory compliance across global markets.Proven ability to design strategic partner solutions and scalable business models.Excellent command of Russian/Spanish + English (spoken and written); strong negotiation and executive communication skills.Strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration experience, and ability to operate in a global matrix organization.Data-driven and comfortable making ROI-focused business decisions.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Top 100 Global App Developers or managing complex, multi-party ecosystem partnerships.Familiarity with OEM internet business (marketing, content partnerships).Experience including P&L ownership or leading multinational strategic initiatives.
