Affiliate Manager

IntroVOdds, a leading online sports trading platform, seeks a skilled and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in expanding and managing our affiliate program, driving growth, and building strong relationships within Tier 1 and CIS regions. Ideal candidate should have an existing network of iGaming and/or Sport betting affiliates.If you have a passion for affiliate marketing, extensive experience in the sports betting or iGaming industry, and a knack for leadership, this role is perfect for you!Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Acquisition and Management:Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, primarily focusing on the Tier 1 and CIS regions.Build and nurture strong relationships with existing affiliates to drive engagement and performance.Affiliate Strategy and Growth:Develop and implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and meet company KPIs.Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of affiliate executives, ensuring productivity and development.Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Performance Analysis:Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.Market Awareness:Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the iGaming and sports betting sectors.Adapt strategies to align with changing market dynamics, particularly in the CIS region.Skills and QualificationsExperience:A minimum of 2 years in an Affiliate Manager role in the iGaming or sports betting industry.Proven experience in managing and optimizing affiliate programs within the Tier 1 and CIS regions.Should have an existing network of iGaming and/or sports betting AffiliatesLeadership Skills:Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a teamAffiliate Expertise:In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.Strong analytical skills to measure and enhance affiliate performanceCommunication and Relationship Management:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with affiliates.Fluency in English and RussianTechnical Knowledge:Familiarity with affiliate tracking systems and CRM platforms.Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis..
