Social media is central to our acquisition strategy, generating 7-figure monthly sales and driving growth.ROLE OVERVIEWAs Head of Content & Organic Growth, you’ll own customer acquisition from YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. You will lead a cross-functional creative team, scale content output, and optimize performance across multiple channels and formats. You will directly impact lead generation, brand positioning, and the international expansion of Forever Estates’ content ecosystem.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee Forever Estates’ content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and new platforms to grow our audience and attract new clients.Lead and expand the creative team to produce consistent, high-quality videos and posts that drive real business results.Make sure the entire production process runs smoothly - from scripting and filming to editing, publishing, and tracking performance.Launch and manage foreign-language channels, starting with French and Arabic.Develop new niche channels to reach different audience segments and grow Forever Estates’ presence across multiple areas of real estate.REQUIREMENTSProven leadership in social media growth and acquisition (YouTube + Instagram focus).Data-driven decision-making.Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional workflows.Excellent English.OTHER DETAILSFull-time position.Reporting: Founder & CEORelocation to Dubai preferred, but remote work is possible.Competitive compensation with performance-linked upside.
