Our client is a global manufacturer of high pressure laminates, and they are looking for a BDM, to develop the relationship with the interior designer consultants.Roles & Responsibilities:Primary responsibility is to specify an organization’s services and product and be company’s representative, to promote and perpetually finding unique ways to engage and increase market and revenue opportunity and target customers.Specification sales through architects, interior designers, owners, developers or key accounts.Work closely with key account customers to develop the sales opportunity for the market.Influence and create demands to all the project requirements for the materials, products and design.Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.Monitoring the sales process throughout the project specificationGenerate and describe creative, results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base.Responsible for securing written specification for major projectsResponsible for managing some existing agreements and contractsPromote all product range to all markets, with no restrictionsDeliver growth and development of key customer relationships in spec & contracting.Develop relationships with all levels of decision makerRequirements:Self-motivated and able to work independentlyGood command in English and computer-literateExperience leading a small team
