Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives within the IT and Cybersecurity domain across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry insight, an existing network of enterprise and government stakeholders, and proven expertise in IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud transformation, ERP systems, and managed services.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading technology vendors, system integrators, and enterprise clients to design and deliver impactful digital transformation solutions across public and private sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic business development plans for IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP, and Managed Services in alignment with the UAE’s digital transformation vision.Build and maintain partnerships with key technology vendors (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, and others), distributors, and system integrators to drive joint sales initiatives.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within enterprise and government sectors.Engage with senior executives including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and government decision-makers to promote solutions and establish trusted relationships.Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and responses to RFPs.Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.Represent the company at local industry events, partner forums, and digital transformation programs.Stay up to date with UAE market trends, government initiatives, and competitive activities to ensure strong positioning and market relevance.Requirements6–10 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT Services industry.Successful track record in selling Cybersecurity, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, and Managed IT Solutions.Strong relationships with UAE-based enterprise and government clients.Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and distributors to co-sell and drive business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
