Job Description

Job PurposeResponsible for DICT & Solutions Revenue for Respective Region and Serve as the single HQ point of contact for assigned region on all solutions pre-sales and project management matters. Make sure opportunities are qualified, proposals are complete and margin-safe, handovers are clean, and delivery runs to plan until customer acceptance and billing start.Job ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery (draft architecture, BoQ, Solution) with the regional solutions teams and produce the end-to-end solution architecture, BoQ/BoM (Bills of Materials), network diagrams, and a customer-ready Statement of WorkRun RFP, RFI, lead and coordinate inputs from Architecture, Products, Legal, Finance, Credit/Contracts, and partners; submit compliant, on-time bids that protect solution marginLead tendering activities (proposal packaging, forms, clarifications, compliance matrices) and manage all documents and approvals.Coordinate pricing inputs with Product Owners and ensure discount, prices, and special terms follow approval rules before submissionCollaborate with HQ Solution Architecture & Design for complex architecture, BoQ/BoM, and SoWCheck that executed contracts mirror the agreed scope, SLAs, acceptance criteria, milestones, and billing triggersBuild the handover pack (design pack, acceptance tests, project plan, partner roles) and confirm readiness with NOMC/Engineering and the regional PMAfter contract lead project kick-off (or ensure it occurs per playbook); track milestones, risks, and changes; escalate blockers earlyKeep the Account Manager and customer aligned with crisp status reports; secure customer acceptance and documentation for billing start evidence.Maintain a reusable solutions library (reference designs, proposal/SoW templates, checklists) and drive adoption in regionsCapture win/loss and price-to-win insights; feed back to Architecture and Products; update playbooks accordingly.Coach regional pre-sales and PMs on proposal quality, scope control, and stakeholder managementEligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or aboveWork ExperienceCurrent Level – AM & AboveMinimum Experience: 4 yrs. or AboveAt-least 1 year experience with Zong at the time of placement and must be a Permanent Employee of the company1 Yr in total at AM & AboveAt least 01 HP & above in two most recent Annual Appraisals with most recent rating as HP for promotion via internal hiring (if only 1 appraisal is done, then that should be HP & Above)Skills - Generic: - Skills - Job Specific: - Others: -
