With a key focus on driving sales, you will demonstrate a can-do, common-sense attitude, a practical mind set and a great commitment to teamwork.You will be able to achieve and excel at sales targets. Be an Interior Design “expert” with experience and contacts within the industry. Hold a fundamental and extensive understanding of Interior Design businesses, how they operate and their clients. You will have the ability to connect with Interior Designers and “speak their language”Key Responsibilities:• Achieving and excelling at sales targets• Interior Design/Architect outreach and account management.• Targeting and scheduling visits/meetings to nurture and manage existing accounts• Responsible for seeking new business opportunities• Growing the database significantly - inputting information into our CRM system to track opportunities and sales• Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline and forecasts which are reported weekly to HO• Offering sampling products to design professionals.• Delivering excellent customer service throughout.• Contribute to and engage in local marketing initiatives, events and exhibitions.• Report activity, sales and showroom lead generation, customers preferences and market trends.What We’re Looking For:• Previous experience of working within the interior design, architecture, furniture, textiles industries• Exceptional presentation and communication skills at all levels; an ability to ask the right questions at the right time and the ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs.• Sales data analysis skills.• Results and target driven.• Highly organized• A commitment to being a team player.• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure with the ability to manage the assigned territory effectively, particularly during the launch of new collections.• Skills in MS Office including excel, Salesforce• Full UK Drivers LicenseWhy Join Jaipur Rugs?Work with an award-winning global brand with a purpose.Be based in one of Milan’s most vibrant design destinations.Contribute to a company that values creativity, collaboration, and community.Gain exposure to high-end design, luxury clientele, and industry events
