🔍 We Are Hiring: Business Development Manager – Engineering Consultancy 📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 🏢 Global Engineering Consultancy Firm 💼 Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time🏗️ About the Company:We are a global engineering consultancy firm operating across a diverse range of industries, including:⚡ Power and Energy💧 Water and Wastewater Treatment⛏️ Mining and Minerals💊 Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Industries🧪 Chemical and Petrochemical Industries🏭 Industrial Projects and Infrastructure DevelopmentWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to support our expansion in the Saudi market, especially in the Western Region (Jeddah).🔑 Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in engineering design, project management, consultancy, and EPCM services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the public and private sectors.Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.Attend client meetings, industry events, and tender discussions to represent the company.Monitor market trends, competition, and project opportunities to support strategic decision-making.✅ Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development within engineering consulting, EPC, or project management sectors.Strong client network and business knowledge in Saudi Arabia (especially Western region).Proven track record in securing major projects and meeting sales targets.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
